Our story

Office Wellness Care was founded in Sydney by allied health practitioners who saw a quiet crisis playing out across Australian offices — chronic neck and back pain, mounting burnout, and a wellbeing industry too often delivered as a quick fix.

We built a service that treats wellbeing as infrastructure — embedded, measured and human.

Our practitioners

Every member of our team is a qualified remedial therapist, ergonomist or mental health facilitator. We screen for clinical rigour, but also for warmth — because the way care is delivered matters as much as the care itself.
